ICU Chapel is a very active sanctuary located in the center of the beautiful
ICU campus. As such, it functions as the heart of the university's religious
life. In addition to housing weekly worship services, occasional concerts
and forums, the chapel serves as home to the ICU Church, an interdenominational
worship community that gathers for Sunday morning worship. In addition
to that, the chapel hosts over fifty weddings a year! Couples considering
having a wedding here, are encouraged to understand that the chapel and
ministers primarily attend to the needs of the university and the church.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to function as a "wedding
chapel" like many hotel wedding chapels you may find these days. For
that reason we may not be able to attend to your every need. Many thanks
for your kind consideration to these matters and may God bless you in your
plans for holy matrimony.
Sincerely,
Rev. Dr. Takeshi
